Previous to coming to San Francisco, the owners, Max and Diana were the proprietors of "Millésimes", a Wine Bar & Restaurant in the heart of Paris and at Le Zinc wine is also an important feature of the house. The owner's passion for wine is reflected in Le Zinc's  carefully selected wine list which has choice picks from the most reputable wine-producing regions of France. The selection ranges from the finest grand crus to excellent, yet inexpensive wines, many of which are available by the glass and carafe and there are a variety of themed flights of wines available for those eager to discover and compare. Le Zinc's staff will enthusiastically describe the listed wines and will recommend wines that best compliment the dishes or which may simply be well-appreciated on their own.
